Our Story

At We Be Ribs, we let our reputation speak for itself. We Be Ribs has been in business since 1993 and is well known throughout the Toledo area for bringing you the best barbecue in town. Depending on the season, you can either find us at the Mud Hens games or the Walleye games serving up ribs, pulled pork and our famous baked beans. Our award winning barbecue sauce can also be found at various grocery stores throughout Northwest Ohio. We operate a full-service catering company doing pig roasts, barbecues as well as custom orders of any size.

We have confidence that our sauce is the best in the area. James McDay, owner and founder, has labored hours perfecting his signature sauce. We have an original sauce as well as a hot and we promise, you won't be disappointed. Bottled locally by our staff, We Be Ribs BBQ Sauce is making a splash.
